You've Booked Tavie's "Rock & Roll" Show. Now what?
After we confirm that you want our show at your function, we will email you a copy of our Letter of Confirmation. The letter will state the whens, wheres, etc. This is your contract. You sign one copy and return it to us. That is our verification from you that we all agree to the terms such as date, fee, place, etc. If you have your own forms or contracts it is not a problem, assuming your forms have the same information we have, we'll be happy to sign your form.
Promoting Your Event
If you cannot find what you need on our website and need for us to send you something, we will be more than happy to get what you need. Also...to help promote your event or generate excitement please contact us at anytime. We've been at this a long time and should be able to answer any questions you may have.
Expenses and Final Plans
Our expenses are included in our fees. We normally book all of our own travel several weeks before the show date. If hotel rooms will be needed, we can book them ourselves or feel free to book them instead. We will get back with you appx 2 weeks before the show to go through all of the plans and ensure we are all on the same page. Other than that YOUR AUDIENCE IS IN FOR A TREAT!
